I really enjoy the videos! They remind me a little bit of that podcast you did with Ben Evans a couple of years ago, enjoyable and informative.
P.S. really missing you on Sky’s Indycar coverage this year, any chance you’ll be back doing the “US Ad-break commentary” anytime soon? I enjoyed it more than NBC’s own commentary!

Really enjoyed the race, happy for Bourdais as he did a great job and it clearly meant a lot to him. I feel a bit sorry for Hinchcliffe though, his start and 1st restart were both amazing, but got caught out by the 2nd caution. It died down slightly towards the end, but I don’t think anyone can call a race in which the winner came from last on the grid dull!

@keithcollantine, will you be involved with the BT coverage any time this season? I really enjoyed it last year!4th October 2016, 14:18 at 2:18 pm #329803f1alexParticipantUnfortunately it seems a lot of people are swayed by the fact it was Rosberg doing the move, as he has been guilty of a few incidents in the past. However this one I think was very hard but just about fair. If anything I think the Coulthard/Schumacher incident was worse because Coulthard was further back than Rosberg was. At the point of contact DC’s front wheel was in line with Schumacher’s sidepod, but with the Rosberg/Raikkonen incident, Nico’s nose was actually slightly ahead of Kimi’s. I think Rosberg deserves a bit more credit for the brave and hard racing he’s been doing this year. Of course, some have been over the limit (Austria), but moves like this and the one at Hockenheim (which I also think the penalty was undeserved) really show how much he wants this championship, which can only be a good thing for the sport, from a neutral’s point of view.

5th January 2014, 14:55 at 2:55 pm #247850f1alexParticipantWow, only 14 drivers competed in the whole season in 1994.
30th July 2013, 0:45 at 12:45 am #239556f1alexParticipant@sirspuddington 48 I think, because there will be 2 separate groups of 24. Two heats each for both groups and then a final at the end to decide the winner :)
29th July 2013, 19:58 at 7:58 pm #239551f1alexParticipantI’ve already sent in my team’s entry, looks like it’ll be a great event! We finished on the podium last year but with a different format and double number the teams entering, competition is gonna be very tough!! :D
23rd July 2013, 10:54 at 10:54 am #239254f1alexParticipant@adrianmorse the videos are still there, you just need to follow the youtube link and watch them there :)
22nd June 2013, 23:13 at 11:13 pm #238144f1alexParticipantGreat video! Alonso is one of my favourite drivers so I might be biased, but I really enjoyed it. I guess the obvious suggestion is to do one for other drivers, like Hamilton, Vettel or Raikkonen for example :)
6th June 2013, 12:35 at 12:35 pm #237465f1alexParticipantRubens Barrichello would indeed be a good pick, Felipe wouldn’t be bad either. I think about this quite a lot sometimes, it’s fairly hard to find someone quick enough to win races when needed but also comply with what the team want when it comes to team orders.
29th March 2013, 21:28 at 9:28 pm #230677f1alexParticipantI don’t even see the point of this petition in the slightest. Sure I don’t like Marko, but my next door neighbours also annoy me and I’m not making a petition to get them to move out of town… If he’s earned his place in the team, is actually doing his job properly and hasn’t done anything outrageous then there are literally no grounds to rationally say he should go. Therefore I’m not signing.
18th March 2013, 22:23 at 10:23 pm #228975f1alexParticipantThis is fantastic!! I think the answer is “yes he definitely did” :D
27th January 2013, 20:26 at 8:26 pm #224549f1alexParticipant@catracho504, @magnificent-geoffrey was only trying to make a fairly dull and uninteresting thread a bit more lighthearted with a simple (and IMO quite amusing) joke… He wasn’t bashing Alonso for being interested in Samurais or anything.
25th December 2012, 19:47 at 7:47 pm #189755f1alexParticipantAs it’s Christmas I’ll hand it over to the first taker, that’s my gift to the forum haha
