This Sky-BBC debate is getting so boring.
If I here someone say ‘I can’t watch F1 anymore because it’s gone to Sky’ I’ll scream.
10 races lives on the Beeb, 10 races with a lengthy highlights package. That’s still pretty good if you ask me.
I can remember about 15-20 years ago when the Beeb didn’t show every race live. From Brazil, for example, you’d only get 45 minutes of highlights – and they were the only people covering it!
The problem is, we’ve had it too good for too long.
Look the Premier League or the cricket – you have to pay for top-notch sport these days. Either deal with it or go home.
Or go to the race. I’m still in Aus having been to Melbourne and it was superb. I’ll be back just in time to watch Malaysia on the Beeb and I’m sure the coverage will be very good.

I’m new to here too. Flying to Melbourne tomorrow for a couple of weeks and going to be at GP for all four days in GA.
I’m travelling solo so up for a beer or two with any like minded people.
