F1 2015 AlbumSunday morning I was lucky enough to get some time in the paddock courtesy of Lotus and also managed to hang around just outside for the photos of drivers arriving.

Melbourne F1 CollectionsWhen I started reading I thought the Lotus response was quite amusing, funny but more, laughing at them than with them I think. On the other hand Richard Porter shows how to actually write something genuinely funny. Laughing out loud at my desk funny.
We couldn’t see him but we know it was Tony Fernandes. He is like a fat fox.

That response is brilliant! As I don’t visit Sniffpetrol usually, is their tagline always “Not letting the facts get in the way of a good story since 2001″, or did they just change it because of what the press release said?
It gets changed pretty regularly.

I will be there! Looks like I’m going it alone this year so will be nice to meet up with a few other fanatics!
It depends on the driver from my personal perspective. If someone I’m not a real follower of did it then I’d probably think they were a bit of a tosser and leave it at that but should someone like Jenson Button be caught doing something like this is would dramatically change my view on him.
I am a fan of JB as much for his driving as my perception of him as a decent chap. Mark Webber I think of in much the same way. He’s a genuinely nice bloke who loves his partner, his dogs and he’s a fine racing driver. Specifically with JB as stupid as this may be, I love to see him with Jessica at races and their twitter feeds give an extra little insight into them as people. Maybe this is how my mum used to feel when watching Neighbours and one character ends up cheating on another.
You look at how happy JB, JM and the big pink dinosaur are when Jenson has a win like Canada and they look like a family, they’re real people and if that was ruined by Jenson cheating I’d be a little annoyed.That was all a little effeminate I think I need to go saw some wood or something.
I realise this veers even further from the WRC – F1 aspect of this story but he also owns Portsmouth Football Club and as a Southampton fan this has perked my ears up a little!
Certain trams are free for all ticket holders. I come into Flinders and hop on the tram right outside heading down St Kilda road and go in a Gate 8.
I saw exciting racing despite two dominant championships, politics and regulation discussions interfering too much and a spectacle I’ll never forget in Canada.
In 2010 I was on the inside of turn 14, you’re really close to the cars at this spot and it also gave a great view of Mark losing his front wing after the incident with Lewis!

In 2011 I was on the outside of 14 which gave a good view of the cars approaching and exiting the corner. More crowded though.
