Martin was absolutely right, Alonso thinks he is the Jesus of racing drivers and just because he is in contention for the drivers title he should just be let passed. Fanando, you couldn’t take him fair and square, get over it.
There was a definite benefit to the unscaled HD picture this weekend. I have my fingers crossed that the little man will keep to his word and get as a stream for 2011.
Have to agree with you though WelshF1, I find myself correcting his errors for other people in the room.
Thats right it follows their plan to pull out more (or fully) as a full team and just supply engines. I may be wrong but I believe renault have little to do with the currently operating renault f1 team, as such it would be a worthy target for any company wanting to brand a team.
Its my understanding that it is still pretty open between the two Redbull drivers and Alonso.
Should Webber win both races and Alonso came home second Webber would win the title.
Equally if something happened to Alonso in Brazil and he DNF’d Vettle would be right up there.
I would go as far as to say lets let Brazil happen and go from there. Having said that If I were redbull and we were towards the end of Brazil with Alonso in a string position I would have to play the switcharoo card.
I have been playing with developing a manager sim in silverlight myself. The big hold back has been the realistic simulation of on track events. While its reasonable I would never put it out there unless the pit wall element (its the gps view of the track) worked very realistically. Its in a pretty good state at the moment but the tuning of dirty air dynamics is taking some time.
The slip is simply Barichello being Barrichello. He thinks its funny. Others … well think its funny because he is likable.
