Are you looking for accommodation whilst you’re here for the Melbourne Grand Prix, right across the road from the action with spectacular roof top views over Albert Park?

Available between March 10th-24th with flexibility on length of stay (a week, 5 days, 3 days etc) and happy to negotiate on price with the right people.
1.) I’m offering my queen sized furnished room (pictured – max. two occupants, $200 nightly rate) or,
2.) I’m offering my entire apartment, furnished queen and furnished double room (max. four occupants, queen room rate as above, double room $175 nightly rate).
As mentioned this highly sought after complex is located right next to and overlooking Albert Park.
The apartment is light filled and very comfortable and cosy, with Foxtel in the living room and queen bedroom, unlimited wireless, air con/heating in living area, two small balconies with one looking out over Junction Oval, the other off the spare room. Shared bathroom includes a washing machine/dryer, kitchen has a dishwasher.
The building is secure entry and has a amazing rooftop gym and pool with a spectacular view of Albert Park, the bay and Melbourne in general.
One underground secured carpark is included and it is very close to St Kilda Road trams and buses.
I’m a 31 year old Kiwi, an Accountant/Consultant and keen traveller, very easy going and friendly, very sporty, active and social, with a good sense of humour and respectful of other peoples space.
