They both have multi-year contracts so I don’t think either of them will be going at the end of this year. I think they both deep down have faith that the problems will get sorted, be it during 2015 or in the off-season. If push came to shove though, I imagine Jenson would be the first one to call it quits.
Speaking of the Malaysian weather, the forecast doesn’t look too promising. Considering the circumstances of Bianchi’s accident, coupled with the increasing reluctance of Charlie Whiting to allow racing if the weather is sufficiently bad to require more than the intermediate tyre, could we potentially see little to no running at all?
I was similarly fond of the slanted sides. Overall I enjoy the new look, though I think the purple fastest lap time needs a change as it’s virtually impossible to read on the semi transparent background. Driver numbers are absent also, which I find strange considering the emphasis the authorities want to put on driver identification.
